Biography

About Luke

I have a background in urban planning, teaching and community engagement. My master’s Geospatial Systems project created a proof of concept for a UK Community Cadastre – using publicly available INSPIRE geospatial data and opensource software – see communitycadastre.uk

I am still in the early stages of my PhD journey but I hope to craft a project that brings together the expertise of The University of Nottingham’s Rights Lab, with my own background and interests in land ownership and security of tenure.
