About Rachael Sanderson

Rachael (right, with fellow CDT graduate Kristina Wolf) joined the CDT as part of our first cohort in September 2019 and graduated in July 2024, with a PhD in Geospatial Systems for her work, Understanding the Geographies of Left Behind Places using Geospatial Data.

Rachael is now working as a statistician at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.
